Computer Course: You will be benefited in all aspects if you have basic knowledge of the computers. The course should include the working knowledge of MS office, MS Excel. Along with Photoshop, Corel Draw is some of the other things you can learn which all are going to come in use in the long run.
Learn a Language: If you intend to graduate in a language or may be aspire to become a linguist then learning a language will be highly beneficial. Even then if you do not aspire to do so, it will come in use at some point of time. For example you might find that you need to interact with your French, Spain clients when you are working in an MNC.
Part-time jobs: Working during the break can also be a good option. And if you get an opportunity to work in a field you intend to work in after graduation then good for you.
