Dr. Satinder Pal Singh Bakshi is the brain behind BAKSON. Dr. S.P.S. Bakshi born on 15th July, 1952 is a renowned homoeopath known for his zeal to spread Homeopathy widely in India and abroad.
Dr. Bakshi, President of the Central Council of Homeopathy is a 1973 batch D.H.M.S., bonafide student from the Nehru Homeopathic Medical College, New Delhi. Dr. S.P.S. Bakshi remained the elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Homoeopathic system of Medicine, New Delhi from 1986 to 1992 for two terms. Consequent to his hard and dedicated work in popularizing Homeopathy in various parts of the country, he has been re-elected as the President of the Central Council of Homoeopathy.
Dr. Bakshi has also initiated to educate people in Homoeopathy as a system of medicine through regular talk shows on Doordarshan and All India Radio. He has contributed regularly to various magazines and newspapers on the subject of Homeopathy and has presented research papers both in India and abroad.
The global scenario of homeopathy has been improved under his keen guidance. He introduced the concept of quality and accountability in homoeopathic practice by initiating amendments to the Homoeopathic Practitioners (professional etiquettes, conduct and code of ethics) Regulations (Subject to approval of Centre Government). He has treated more than a million patients over his 30 years of long professional career and is now recognized as a legend in homoeopathic management of allergic diseases.
